Healthy Energy Bites

These healthy Energy Bites are as versatile, as they are easy to make. Besides getting your hands messy (we all don’t mind, that right?), these are quick and painless to make. Check it out!


2 cups of oats
2 cups of shredded coconut
1 cup of peanut butter
1 cup of Complete Vanilla Powder (or your favorite protein mix)
2/3 cup of mini white chocolate (optional)
2/3 cup of honey

Dump all the ingredients in one bowl, and dig your hands in to combine well. I like to combine till all the ingredients stick in one large ball.

Next, start rolling out the bites into your idea of “bite-size” balls. Bite-size for me is like four bites….and place on a plate or serving dish.

Once all the bites have been rolled, pop them in the fridge for 30 minutes, so that they set and are firm.

You can switch out the add-in portions of the recipe with your favorites, like raisins, almonds, and different nut butters. Explore and get creative with your own recipe!

These healthy energy bites are perfect as a snack pre-workout, or for the kids after school, or anytime really. With the protein powder mix, these bites become a satisfying and energizing snack. Enjoy!
