Wreckbag DT EMOM:
Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes, perform
6 Hang Cleans
3 Push Press
Wreckbag Squat Clean Burpee EMOM:
Every minute on the minute for 5 minutes, perfrom
5 Squat Cleans
Finished both and still have plenty in the tank? Repeat.
